How do I reset my password?

f you've forgotten your password, don't worry—resetting it is simple! Follow these steps to regain access to your account:

Option 1: Resetting Your Password from the App

1. Open the Goat Maps app and go to the account screen.
2. Tap "I already have an account" to go to the login screen.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Tap on "I forgot my password" below the Sign In button.
5. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click the link and create a new password.
6. Return to the login screen and enter your new password

Option 2: Resetting Your Password on the Website

1. Go to https://www.goatmaps.com/accounts/password/reset/.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account and submit the form.
3. Check your email inbox for a password reset link.
4. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.

Note: If you do not receive an email, please verify the email address you entered is the same one you used to create an account. You will not receive and email or an error message if your account is not found.
